Our remote hands services are designed to "outsource" the management of your VoiceAxis software installation. Of course we'll coordinate with you to make certain your install is optimized for your requirements, and then we'll perform any monthly maintenance or upgrades as needed. We'll also monitor your instance, with your permission of course, to help provide uninterrupted communication services.

The rest is simple! Your team uses the intuitive web interface to easily make changes to your PBX and VoIP services, without the worries of any "under the hood" stuff.
